Morning Line

The morning line is the track oddsmaker's prediction of how the public will bet each horse — not the live odds. It's set before wagering opens and printed in the program. It's a useful starting prior, but final tote odds often move well off it, so never treat the morning line as the price you'll actually get. HandicapIQ reads all of this off your uploaded program automatically.
